Located in Cobb Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs' Kennworth Park, North Cobb Senior Center is surrounded by trees, overlooking manicured ball fields and lit tennis courts.
The Center opened it's doors in February 2003 and is the first combination Multipurpose and Neighborhood Center for Cobb Senior Services. It serves seniors age 55 and above in the Multipurpose Center and seniors age 60 and above in the Neighborhood Center.
As you walk through the front doors, the Center's design and furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. Friendly faces greet you and our staff will show you to the activities or programs in which you are interested. Come, have a tour and get involved in what's happening at North Cobb.
Focus on Fitness, bridge, woodcarving, yoga, Zumba, and line dancing are a few of the things in which you can get involved. Clubs for hikers, walkers, photographers, gardeners, and book lovers are also available. We have activities for just about everyone. Join us for our daily, weekly, and monthly gatherings.
For information about the Neighborhood Center, please call 770-528-5355.
Senior Services transportation is not provided, but adequate parking space is available at all Centers.
