Notice: The State Court of Cobb County civil calendars will no longer be published in the Marietta Daily Journal. The local court rules which required publication of the calendars became obsolete pursuant to a Supreme Court order, effective December 31, 2010.

The calendars will continue to be available online at statecourtclerk.cobbcountyga.gov and are also available in the Clerk’s Office located at 12 East Park Square, Marietta, GA 30090-9630. All parties or their attorneys will continue to receive calendar notices by mail.

**IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU NOTIFY THE COURT IN WRITING OF A CHANGE OF ADDRESS IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF CASE PENDING.**
