Captain J.L. Quan

Precinct 1 is under the command of Captain Jerry Quan. Captain Quan has been a Cobb County Police Officer for over 22 years. He has served in patrol, narcotics, detectives, and organized crime units. He is a former Marine and attended college at Kennesaw State University.

Captain Jeff Adcock

Precinct 2 is under the command of Captain Jeff Adcock. Captain Adcock has been a Cobb County Police Officer for 19 years. He has served in various capacities to include Uniform Patrol, Patrol Supervision, SWAT, Special Operations, Training and as Adjutant to the Chief of Police. Captain Adcock earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Public Administration from Columbus State University. He is also a graduate of the 245th Session of the FBI National Academy.

Captain Dale E. Bolenbaugh

Precinct 3 is under the command of Captain Dale Bolenbaugh. Captain Bolenbaugh has over 32 years of law enforcement experience. Captain Bolenbaugh attended Columbus State University. He has been a member of the Cobb County Police Department for 20 years. Captain Bolenbaugh has served as an officer and a supervisor in various specialty units including DPS training, weapons training unit, as well as the Special Operations unit which includes Traffic Services (STEP), Motor Unit, DUI Task Force, and Hit & Run. Captain Bolenbaugh also serves on the Incident Command Unit.

Captain Wayne Pickett

Precinct 4 is under the command of Captain Wayne Pickett. Captain Pickett has been a Cobb County Police Officer for 28 years. He has served in various capacities to include, Uniform Patrol, Patrol Supervision, Special Operations, Selective Traffic Enforcement Unit, SWAT, and Detective Bureau Homicide Unit Commander. Captain Pickett serves on the Incident Command Unit. Captain Pickett attended Jacksonville State University and Georgia Law Enforcement Command College (PMP-Cherokee).
