The County's third roundabout has been constructed at Holly Springs Road and Davis Road in East Cobb.

A roundabout is a circular intersection where traffic flows around a center island. In recent years, more state departments of transportation have adopted roundabouts as an alternative form of traffic control. Not only are roundabouts the safest form of traffic control available, they are also cheaper, more efficient, have a higher traffic capacity and can be attractively landscaped. Cobb County held a Public Information Open House educating the public on roundabouts and allowing citizens to view the proposed designs for the West Cobb intersections.
